From the team
“The lead flow is real. I'm talking to qualified people every day — the AI qualifies before I even say hello.”
“I started before I had my P&C license. Weston worked with where I was, not where I needed to be.”
Common questions
Do I need to be licensed already?
For producer roles, yes — P&C license required. For customer service/support roles in Phase 1, we work with you on licensing. Matt started immediately. Reagan is in licensing now.
How does compensation work?
Producers are W-2 employees with a competitive base salary + commission. We don't run 1099-only shops. Commission stacks on top of every bind.
What does a typical day look like?
Morning: warm inbound calls routed by AI. Afternoon: outbound follow-up on hot leads in your pipeline. You're not cold-calling random lists — every dial has context.
What states do you work in?
Currently active in MN, IL, OH, IA, ND, SD, WI, MO, KS, NE, AZ. Matt covers IL/MN/OH. If you're licensed in any of these states, we can start immediately.
I'm not licensed yet. Is there a path?
Yes. We'll help you get there. Reagan joined before her P&C license was final. We structured a Phase 1 role around customer service while she completes the exam.
